Position Summary:

We are seeking a confident, experienced, and mission-driven Home Health Administrator to lead our Washington, D.C. office. This is a fully on-site leadership position—not remote or hybrid—and is critical to maintaining exceptional clinical and operational standards across our services in the District.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide on-site leadership to ensure smooth agency operations and excellent patient care
• Ensure compliance with all Medicare, Medicaid, and Washington, D.C. home health regulations
• Build strong relationships with referral partners, staff, patients, and their families
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, quality initiatives, and performance outcomes
• Prepare the agency for audits, surveys, and regulatory inspections
• Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and compassionate service
• Hire, onboard, train, and support clinical and administrative staff
• Continuously improve systems, policies, and workflows for efficiency and quality

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Licensed or eligible to serve as a Home Health Administrator in Washington, D.C.
• Preferred: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within home health care
• Strong understanding of CMS and D.C. Department of Health regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
• Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Willingness and ability to work fully on-site, with no remote or hybrid options
