Advanced Project Engineer (Finance) Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges As an Advanced Project Engineer at Honeywell, you will lead and manage advanced engineering projects within the Aerospace Technologies (AERO) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) under the Aerospace (AES) business group. Your responsibilities include overseeing the design, development, and implementation of advanced engineering solutions and technologies. You will provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to ensure successful project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and process improvements. You will report to the Engineering Program Manager and work from our Tempe, AZ location on a hybrid schedule. Your technical leadership and project management skills will contribute to delivering high-quality aerospace solutions, supporting the company's growth and industry reputation. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of Engine Controls portfolio products (engine valves, air and thermal systems, air turbine starters, and cabin pressure control valves). Manage advanced engineering projects from conception to completion. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for successful project execution. Design and develop advanced engineering solutions and technologies. Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources. Experience with cost, schedule, and milestone management. Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Risk management skills.
