About The Benefit Consultant Partner As Take Command expands its Customer Success team to serve larger, more sophisticated employers, we are seeking a Benefit Consultant Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to Benefit Consultant partners, providing insights and solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, positive, strategic, and committed to excellent partner relationships. Primary Responsibilities Advocate for Benefit Consultant partners, providing responsive support aligned with partnership values. Collaborate with Client Success, Support, and Sales teams to meet partner needs. Manage inbound inquiries efficiently, coordinating cross-functionally. Serve as an escalation point for client needs, ensuring prompt resolution. Support seasonal and annual client events related to our ICHRA program. Analyze brokerage data to support value-driven discussions and best practices. Skills And Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success or working with Benefit Consultants. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Proven ability to meet or exceed key metrics. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels. Experience with HubSpot and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation $65,000-$75,000 plus 16% bonus.
