The General Manager oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensary, including patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking, and inventory control as directed by the Director of Operations. This position is located in our TGS (The Green Solution) Glendale, CO dispensary. Pay: $60k-$75k+Bonus+Benefits This position will remain open for at least one week, until 11/20/2024, but may remain open beyond that time. Major Areas Of Responsibility Include Ensure compliance with all CO cannabis rules and regulations and supervise dispensary staff training and education. Provide management and leadership within the Dispensary, including monitoring all point of sale transactions. Manage patient/customer logs, inventory, ordering, and record keeping. Resolve inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts. Develop and oversee privacy policies, security, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance. Direct and monitor department managers to achieve operational goals. Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain required records. Manage policies for product retesting, storage, disposal, and adverse event reporting. Implement security systems for tracking, record keeping, and surveillance. Develop a positive company culture emphasizing quality, teamwork, and high performance. Implement HR policies, conduct investigations, and manage employee relations. Conduct performance reviews, develop training programs, and manage talent acquisition. Develop compensation and benefits programs, ensure safety and wellness, and manage company communication and change initiatives. Travel %: 0 FLSA status: Exempt (Full Time) Additional Abilities Required: Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, perform manual tasks, lift up to 10 pounds, communicate effectively, and work in a moderate noise environment.
