Job Description The General Manager leads PharmaCann’s mission, vision, and values to develop a high-performing team that drives top-line sales growth. Responsible for managing a retail store and leading dispensary managers, the GM focuses on Hospitality, Product, and Operations, ensuring process excellence, results, and leadership. Full P&L responsibility includes strategizing around business trends and assessing, recruiting, and screening talent. Pay for this role starts at $65,000/year. Performance Meet or exceed sales, profitability, and operational goals. Forecast and adjust payroll to maximize productivity. Build a team embodying PharmaCann’s brand, delivering exceptional service, and increasing customer loyalty. Regularly review financial and operational reports. Identify underperforming metrics and develop improvement strategies. People Create a cohesive work environment. Attract, hire, and retain top talent. Place the right people in the right roles. Train, coach, and develop team members. Encourage growth and engagement. Promote open communication and teamwork. Operations Ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Manage scheduling to optimize customer experience and reduce loss. Protect assets and minimize loss. Implement continuous improvement programs. Perform other duties as required, including outreach, visual merchandising, and interim management. Qualifications Minimum 21 years old. Bachelor’s in business or related field preferred. 5+ years managerial experience, preferably in retail. Experience with PharmaCann management or dispensary management considered. Proven sales achievement and report analysis skills. Strong decision-making, communication, and customer service skills. Proficient in Windows-based software. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Ability to sit for long periods and drive as needed.
