Join Our Team as a GSE Mechanic!

Are you ready to take your mechanical skills to new heights? As a GSE Mechanic , you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ground support equipment. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Key Responsibilities

• 🔧 Inspect and maintain ground support equipment used in operations.
• 🔧 Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul equipment to keep everything running smoothly.
• 🔧 Service equipment with fuel, water, oil, and hydraulic fluid.
• 🔧 Diagnose problems using test equipment and manuals.
• 🔧 Build and assemble machines or mechanical components as needed.
• 🔧 Conduct thorough inspections and run diagnostic tests.
• 🔧 Perform maintenance aimed at maximizing reliability.
• 🔧 Clean and lubricate machinery components.
• 🔧 Replenish fluids and components of engines and machinery.
• 🔧 Provide consultation on maintenance and preventative measures.
• 🔧 Keep logs of work and report on issues.
• 🔧 Complete GSE paperwork as required.

Working Conditions

This role involves working in various weather conditions, including:

• 🌧️ Precipitation
• 🌡️ Extreme temperatures
• ✈️ Proximity to stationary and moving aircraft

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• ✅ A High School diploma or GED with at least one year of relevant experience.
• ✅ Minimum age of 18 years.
• ✅ Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
• ✅ Valid driver’s license and your own tools.
• ✅ Prior GSE or heavy equipment experience is a plus!
• ✅ Certification from a vocational school or apprenticeship is highly valued.
