Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Handyman, located in Grove City, OH. The Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. Day-to-day duties include plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other general maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning and safety of the facilities. The Handyman will also be expected to troubleshoot issues, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

Skills in plumbing and electrical work
Carpentry and general maintenance skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Familiarity with power tools and equipment
Ability to safely drive a truck and trailer
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a similar role is beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent is required
