We're looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman Service Professional to join our team. Your Responsibilities as a Handyman Professional

• Create, present, and sell project estimates.
• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, plumbing and lighting fixtures, tile and more.
• Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions to address customer needs.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management and procurement of materials as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with skills in various trades and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in creating and presenting job estimates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Own your own professional grade tools for a large variety of jobs.
• Licensed and insurable for driving our vehicle.
• Able to lift 60 pounds independently.
• Able to safely work at heights up to 24' and work overhead for extended periods of time.
• Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle

Benefits & Pay The compensation plan is commission-based, with most Service Professionals averaging over $1000 per week . With monthly bonuses and other benefits/incentives, annualized compensation averages $50,000-$60,000+ per year. Additional benefits:
