$18 - $20 hourly

• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions as required for the Industrial Sandblaster & Painter position in Kansas City, MO, US.
• Perform tasks in confined spaces, at heights, and in elevators.
• Handle chemicals and other hazardous materials while on the job.
• Be willing to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays based on client and business demands.
• Overtime opportunities are available according to business requirements.
• Be prepared for potential out-of-town travel with transportation, accommodation, and per diem provided.
• Ability to lift 100 pounds or more is necessary.
• Adhere to all safety regulations on-site.
• Must be able to follow instructions effectively and be receptive to feedback.

• Trabaje en interiores y exteriores en diversas condiciones climáticas según lo requerido para el puesto de pintor y chorro de arena industrial en Kansas City, MO, EE. UU.
• Realizar tareas en espacios reducidos, en alturas y en ascensores.
• Maneje productos químicos y otros materiales peligrosos mientras esté en el trabajo.
• Esté dispuesto a trabajar por las tardes, fines de semana, noches y días festivos según las demandas del cliente y del negocio.
• Las oportunidades de horas extras están disponibles según los requisitos comerciales.
• Esté preparado para posibles viajes fuera de la ciudad con transporte, alojamiento y viáticos incluidos.
• Es necesaria la capacidad de levantar 100 libras o más.

• A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for scheduled shifts are required.
• DOT Certification is necessary, or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months.
• Minimum Education requirement is a GED or higher.
• Experience operating forklifts and bobcats is advantageous.
• Knowledge of sandblasting and industrial construction is a plus.
• Successful completion of a drug screening is mandatory during onboarding.
• A background check is required.
• Preferred qualifications include industrial sandblasting, industrial coating, and commercial painting experience.
