The starting salary range is $60,604 - $68,641, commensurate with experience. As an Operations Trainer, you'll play a crucial role in preparing and supporting CATA's CDL-licensed operators. You'll develop and lead training programs, evaluate operator skills, and help maintain compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations. From classroom instruction to behind-the-wheel coaching, you'll be instrumental in building a strong, safety-first workforce. You'll deliver and coordinate training for new hires, conduct refresher sessions, and administer re-training following incidents. You'll maintain detailed training documentation and records and support strategic initiatives through thoughtful recommendations and improvements to training content.
