Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from HR Exchange The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a robust social media strategy focused on organic engagement and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product marketing , photography/videography , and Reels creation , especially in a B2B environment . You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to highlight our products and tell the story of our brand across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage an organic social media strategy tailored to the B2B textile industry. Create high-quality visual content, including photography, video, and Reels showcasing products, behind-the-scenes, and client success stories. Write compelling copy and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to continuously improve strategy. Stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm changes to maximize organic reach and engagement. Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow a professional online community. Manage and organize a digital content library for consistent publishing and reuse. Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B or product-focused industry. Strong skills in photography, videography, and content editing (using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut). Demonstrated success in growing organic social media channels and creating engaging Reels and short-form video content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or social scheduling platforms).
