Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Synergy Interactive Lead Interactive Recruiter and Account Manager at Synergy Interactive Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end execution of social content, ensuring every element—from captions and headlines to bios, hashtags, and profile visuals—is on-brand and thoughtfully crafted. Develop and manage a strategic social media content calendar across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and others. Collaborate with brand, creative, and agency teams to produce compelling digital content that enhances brand visibility and engagement. Plan, publish, and monitor daily social posts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and creative excellence across all channels. Lead content creation efforts, including concept development, asset coordination, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration. Support product launches, marketing campaigns, executive visibility, and live events with timely and strategic content rollouts. Anticipate key dates and milestones to ensure content is proactively planned, aligned, and executed without last-minute scrambles. Track and analyze performance metrics, using insights to inform strategy and optimize content for growth and engagement. Monitor social conversations and brand mentions, identifying engagement opportunities or potential reputational risks. Stay up to date on platform best practices, trends, and competitive activity to ensure content remains innovative and relevant. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or within a creative agency setting. Demonstrated success in growing and managing brand-aligned social media channels, ideally within tech, B2B, or emerging industries. Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and others, with an eye for content performance and tone. Proven ability to translate strategic direction into impactful, high-performing content in collaboration with creative and brand teams. Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills and a sharp eye for formatting and consistency. Skilled at maintaining content calendars and navigating cross-functional workflows in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proficient in tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Figma, with the flexibility to support various content formats and team needs. Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) for light editing or visual content support.
