This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker who will build a consistent, impactful social presence that reflects our brand identity and future vision. You'll collaborate with brand, creative, and agency partners to develop and deliver social strategies that boost awareness, engagement, and position as a disruptive leader in tech and cybersecurity. You will shape our public narrative across product updates, campaigns, leadership communications, company culture, events, and original content. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end execution of brand-aligned social content, including captions, bios, hashtags, and visuals. Develop and manage the social media content calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.). Partner with brand, creative, and agencies to create compelling digital content that elevates the SuperFile brand. Plan, publish, and monitor daily posts with consistency, accuracy, and creative excellence. Lead content creation: concept development, asset coordination, approvals, and cross-functional teamwork. Support launches (product, campaigns, executive visibility, events) with timely and strategic social content. Proactively plan social content ahead of key dates and launches. Track performance, analyze data, and provide data-driven recommendations for growth and engagement. Monitor social conversations and brand mentions, flagging opportunities and risks. Stay updated on platform best practices, trends, and competitor activity. Qualifications: 5+ years managing social media for a brand or agency. Proven success growing brand-aligned social channels, ideally in tech, B2B, or emerging markets. Deep understanding of platform nuances (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X) and content best practices. Experience collaborating with brand and creative teams to translate strategy into high-performing content. Collaborative, proactive, with strong communication, organization, and meticulous attention to detail. Highly skilled in managing content calendars and coordinating across teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Figma for content support. Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for light asset editing.
