About the role: - We are looking for a strategic, hands-on VP of Finance to join Numeral as a foundational leader. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full financial strategy and execution across the company.
- This is a rare opportunity to shape the financial backbone of a fast-scaling startup, lead future fundraising efforts, and partner closely with leadership to drive the business forward.
Responsibilities: - Lead Numeral's financial strategy, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
- Develop and refine financial models and systems that ensure smart, scalable growth.
- Oversee international entity setup and ensure global financial compliance.
- Implement and manage outsourced finance functions (fractional accounting/controller, AP/AR) and build scalable internal processes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, BizOps, and Leadership to guide financial decision-making.
- Lead investor relations and fundraising efforts, working closely with the CEO and board.
Qualifications: - 10+ years of finance experience with 3+ years in a finance leadership role at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup (Series A or similar).
- Strong experience in FP&A, strategic finance, and financial modeling (beyond pure accounting).
- Background in banking, private equity, or venture-backed finance environments.
- Demonstrated success in scaling 0-1 systems and managing ambiguity.
- Experience with international finance and entity management.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator, able to influence without formal authority.
Bonus Points For: - Familiarity with sales tax compliance, SaaS metrics, RevOps, and revenue recognition.
- Experience with Salesforce, Looker, Stripe, and similar SaaS finance tools.

Compensation Range: $200K - $240K
