Respond with empathy and urgency to maintenance requests, ensuring our customers feel heard and supported. Provide high-quality maintenance and repair services in residential and commercial areas. Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations. Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions. Create, present and sell project estimates. Manage and acquire materials as needed. Able to use iPad to keep records of your work, ensuring accuracy and accountability at every step. Requirements: A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others. A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to make a difference. Fifteen (15) or more years' experience in residential/commercial remodeling or a related field. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with the client to understand their needs. Ability to generate accurate project estimates Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
