What You'll Do

As the Facilities Coordinator, you'll be at the center of keeping daily office operations running smoothly and efficiently. From coordinating vendors to supporting hospitality and workplace initiatives, your role ensures the firm’s space remains professional, welcoming, and fully functional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for all facilities-related inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance across systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and cleaning services.
• Manage the work order/ticketing system to track, monitor, and escalate service requests as needed.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and address facility needs (lighting, furniture, kitchens, restrooms, etc.).
• Assist with office space planning, seating arrangements, and desk moves.
• Support security and access protocols, including visitor management and key card administration.
• Maintain and reorder office/facilities supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Participate in sustainability and workplace experience programs that enhance the environment.
• Perform routine audits to uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in facilities management, office operations, or building services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re a team player and problem solver.
• Proven ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Familiarity with facilities software systems like Angus, FMX, or ServiceNow is a plus.
• Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and handle light physical tasks when needed.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ADA, and building compliance standards is a bonus.
